This Fall season two of my favorite trends have made a comeback, neon and animal print! If I could have it my way, I would rock both trends all year round even in the dead of Winter. But if I may be honest, as much as I love animal print I am a little apprehensive when it comes to snake print. I am all for cheetah, leopard, tiger and zebra, but when it comes to snake print I am petrified! I always try my best to avoid that print when it comes to clothes, and accessories.
One day my girlfriend called me and said she had found these knee-high boots on sale for only $40 (marked down from $150) in my size. I immediately visualized two big reptiles on my legs, and said “No thank you it’s snake print”.
She actually had to talk me into getting them. So after much delibrating I just decided to give them a shoot. When I received them, I was so reluctant to put them on. Once I wore them and stood in the mirror, I exclaimed “Yassssss these are a keeper”.
Styling these boots with this old H&M neon dress was the perfect choice as this color is also trending. It’s a good thing I decided to keep it after all these years. Keeping it versatile is always my thing, so I switched up the shoes on this look for a lil bit of edge.
Long sleeve neon dress-Not similar, but it’s neon (here). This is also cute (here)
